The 2022 issue ushers in a new era at Educational Renaissance. We are now part of the CSU Open Journals platform. CSU Open Journals provides Open Journal Systems (OJS) hosting for journals associated with the 23-campus California State University (CSU). In cooperation with the CSU libraries, the service is supported by Systemwide Digital Library Services of the CSU Chancellor's Office. Along with our new home, we also are implementing a new rolling publication schedule - which allows for us to publish articles as soon as they complete the editorial and peer review process. Most modern researchers are looking for articles, not complete journal issues. This new publication schedule will allow us to publish your research in a timely manner, expanding its potential reach. Along with the change in schedule, we will also be adding additional members to our editorial board - increasing our capacity and efficiency. Finally, you will see a renewed focus on research exploring issues surrounding social justice, culturally sustaining pedagogy (CSP), and universal design for learning (UDL) principals - and their application to teacher preparation and teacher preparation programs.
