Abstract

Indiana University Indianapolis builds ePortfolios into student educational pathways beginning in the first year. Students are asked to begin with the end in mind, shaping a narrative for family members, prospective employers, graduate schools, and future collaborators -- and for themselves, as they reflect on their own capacities and learning styles. The result is a measurable increase in learning, persistence, and equity.
