Jerry Daday, Editorial Board, Indiana University Indianapolis, Dr. Jerry Daday is a Professor of Sociology and the Executive Associate Dean in the Institute for Engaged Leaming (EL) at Indiana University Indianapolis. He has served as a member of the HIPs in the States national working group and conference planning committee for the past six years, and he is the co-editor (with Jillian Kinzie, Ken O'Donnell, John Zilvinskis, and Carleen Vande Zande) of the new book, Delivering on the Promise of High Impact Practices: Research and Models for Achieving Equity, Fidelity, Impact and Scale, published by Routledge (2022). He received his BA in Sociology from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts and his MA and Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of New Mexico.

Nate also holds an M.A. in Rhetoric and Composition from California State University, Dominguez Hills, teaches English at Long Beach City College and Los Angeles Southwest College, plays guitar and sings in L.A. based rock bands, and enjoys reading good books at home in San Pedro with his coffee, his cats, and his wonderful fiancé.
Marlon Mejia, Print Layout, CSU Dominguez Hills, Marlon Mejia is a graphic designer from Los Angeles, California. He leads the ELTHE layout team and created much of the journal's current look and feel. A recent graduate of CSU Dominguez Hills, he enjoys watching both American and European football.

Her responsibilities include providing leadership and support for open access publishing initiatives, such as the CSU Open Journal Systems publishing program.
