Author Guidelines

You may submit fiction, non-fiction, poetry, reviews, drama, art & photography.

Reasons to submit:
• Free copy for U.S. submitters
• Legitimate ISBN publication + ISSN requested
• Free downloadable e-book for international authors
• Verifiable publication

Include in your submission:
• Submission title
• Desired pen name
• Submission file

You may only submit four (4) pieces altogether, but you may mix and match.

Optional Prompt:
Theme: Escape
Narratives: Write about fantasy, deception, or an alternative timeline of reality, from an era different from our own.
Poetry: Write about otherworldliness, whether it is evoked in an emotion, thought, or reality.
Art: Draw something unique and inspired by otherworldliness.

Fiction

Submit:
• Up to TWO submissions MAX.
• No more than 4,000 words per author.
• Must be a Doc (.docx) file.
• Each story should be submitted individually.

Creative Non-Fiction

Submit:
• Up to TWO submissions MAX.
• No more than 4,000 words per author.
• Must be a Doc (.docx) file.
• Each story should be submitted individually.

Poetry

Submit:
• Up to THREE poems MAX.
• Each poem should be no longer than two pages.
• You must submit a Doc (.docx) and PDF (.pdf) version for each poem.
• Each poem should be submitted individually.

Drama

Submit:
• Up to TWO submissions MAX.
• Up to 5,000 words altogether.
• Files must be a Doc (.docx) file.
• Each play should be submitted individually.

Art & Photography

Submit:
• Up to FOUR Pieces MAX
• .png (preferred) or .jpeg
• Each image should be submitted individually.

Literary Reviews

Submit:
• Up to TWO submissions MAX.
• Up to 1,200 words altogether.
• Must be a Doc (.docx) file.
• We don't accept academic essays.
• Reviews must be on a single piece of work or collection.
• Content should focus on overall quality and purpose.
• Each review should be submitted individually.
