Maelo Dones
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he represents his culture within magic realism and science fiction narratives. Ismael is an accomplished publisher with several publications that flourished under his leadership. Currently he is working on his MFA in Creative Writing at San Fransisco State University.

Sam Card
With over 10 publications, Sam Card is a creative writer who has graduated from California State University—Northridge. Sam is a fan of intricate and meaningful art, irreplicable by artificial intelligence. He is currently working on his Master’s Degree in Creative Writing.

Erin Kroncke
Erin is a multidisciplinary writer, poet, artist. Her poetry can be found in The Jaded Ibis Press, The Closed Eye open as well as Poet's Choice to name a few. Her screenwriting and directorial projects have been featured in The Topanga Film Festival as well as the iconic North Hollywood CIA. She will publish a small zine titled SALT with original poetry while continuing to work on her first novel. Currently she is working towards her masters in Creative Writing at CSUN.

Maya Vasquez
Maya Vasquez is a San Fernando-based fiction and graphic novel writer and editor who shares a love for activism, their community, and embracing their Chicana roots. Raised in the valley, their current works in fiction provide commentary on the ever-changing political climate, social justice, and critique of heteronormative societies. They’re currently writing two graphic novels alongside their older sister, Mina, a local artist. They have two works published in the Northridge Review and has been an editor of the Scarlet Review since early 2025. You can find them on Instagram @fantasticbxstrd.

Diana Serrano
Diana Serrano is a writer and a poet from Northern California. She is a graduate of California State University—Northridge, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing in 2024. In 2025, she returned to CSUN in the graduate program and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Creative Writing. Diana has previously worked on the Northridge Review and has been an editor for the Scarlet Review since 2024.
Markie (Ozzy) Metzelar
Markie Metzelar is an L.A. fiction writer and poet trying to illuminate the beauty of human connection in buzzing neon. With a cinematic eye for detail and one hand on the mood lighting dial, she explores the way we interact with the world, each other, and ourselves. Her award-winning work has been featured in places like The Northridge Review and the Waves Publication. She is currently working on her degree in Creative Writing and ping-ponging between projects in poetry, personal prose narratives, and novelization.

Diego Ledezma
Diego is a Valley-born CSUN creative writer with one hand dipped in poetry, fantasy, horror and sci-fi writing and the other hand dipped in a more professional style composition. As an aspiring writer and librarian, they keep their love of books and in literature in high regard and cultivate this love by bringing more appreciation to the helm of life.
Kepler Y Harper
Kepler of CSUN hails from Washington State and brings a strong love of all things fiction with them. They've written for several ARG's and spent time working as a Script Adapter for Vibrantly Cool Productions. They're interested in experimental fiction as well as experimental mediums alike, and is happy to be part of such an illustrious organization.

Diego Molina
Diego Is currently a graduate student at California State University Northridge working towards his degree in English - Rhetoric and Composition. Although he aspires to be a scholar, Diego continues to write creatively, as his roots in Creative Writing kick started his love for prose, plays, and essays. He bridges the gap between scholarly and creative work by pushing the understanding of literature in a postman world. Diego plans to pursue his Ph. D. and continue publishing creative works alongside his studies. When not studying or writing, he can be found obsessing over classic-horror video games. @diegomoiina
