Mutual Understanding

Abstract

In this piece, I wanted to showcase the concept of understanding oneself.  I feel oftentimes most conflict comes internally rather than externally, and this can cause a decrease in self authenticity and acceptance.  I used 35mm film and a longer shutter speed to capture the feeling of feeling disconnected with yourself, while still being the same physical being.
