The editorial team of the International Journal of AI in Pedagogy, Innovation, and Learning Futures (IJAIPIL) invites submissions for upcoming issues. IJAIPIL is a new peer-reviewed, open-access journal published at California State University, San Bernardino.

Our mission is to advance critical, creative, and evidence-based scholarship exploring the intersections of artificial intelligence (AI), pedagogy, and educational innovation across diverse teaching and learning contexts.

Scope and Focus

We welcome original research articles, case studies, theoretical papers, practice-based reflections, and reviews addressing topics such as:

  • AI applications in teaching, learning, and curriculum design
  • Pedagogical innovation and emerging learning ecosystems
  • AI ethics, bias mitigation, and equity in education
  • Workforce development, career/technical education, and lifelong learning
  • Assessment, feedback, and adaptive learning systems
  • Institutional practices for AI literacy, policy, and academic integrity

Submissions may focus on K–12, higher education, or lifelong learning settings. Interdisciplinary perspectives and global contributions are especially encouraged.

Open Access and Fees

As a fully open access journal, IJAIPIL is free for both authors and readers—there are no submission, article processing (APCs), or publication fees. Our aim is to build an equitable platform for sharing knowledge that advances inclusive and innovative educational practice.

Submission Information

Manuscripts are being accepted for our first issue to be published in early Spring 2026, and after that on a rolling basis and undergo double‑blind peer review.
