Teacher in a Global Pandemic?

Abstract

Where do I find myself as a teacher in our changed reality? These are my reflections on what I experienced as an educator during the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath. As a field, we often discount the voices of teachers and their humanity. This pandemic highlighted the need for teachers to be heard in a way that provides a more humanizing teacher experience and give them what they deserve and need to be able to continue supporting and guding young minds.
