May 19, 2026 - ADRJ Editorial Announcement

The Fall 2026 edition of the Applied Dispute Resolution Journal is dedicated to the 16th Annual International Cyber Conference on Dispute Resolution, convened on April 8, 2026. This gathering of global practitioners, scholars, and innovators reaffirmed a shared truth: that in an increasingly digital world, the pursuit of justice and peace remains both timeless and urgent.

Autumn, with its quiet invitation to reflect and renew, reminds us of the words of John Dewey: “Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.” In that spirit, this edition embraces the season’s energy—one of insight, transition, and purposeful growth. The pages ahead blend scholarly rigor with lived experience, offering perspectives that illuminate the present while shaping the future of our field, that is, heralding true conflict resolution that lasts and perseveres.

In addition to the conference materials, this Cyber Conference Edition will feature presentations by distinguished guest speakers, whose contributions deepen the dialogue on innovation, justice, and peace‑building in the digital age. This issue will also include contemporary thematic articles authored by academic scholars and graduate students whose voices continue to expand the boundaries of dispute resolution.

We are also issuing a Call for Papers for additional scholarly and practitioner‑focused submissions; the deadline for manuscript submission is June 15, 2026.

The Fall 2026 ADRJ is projected for publication on October 1.
